All items are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we print that item just for you, one at a time for the best quality!

1. HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

The shipping fee varies depending on the shipping destination and the number of items you purchase. You can check the estimated shipping fee by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, entering your email address and shipping address. The exact shipping fee will be automatically updated and displayed on the checkout page.
Shipping fees are based also on the size, weight, and number of the packages in an order. Larger products and additional items will incur slight shipping surcharges. The total shipping fee is displayed on the checkout page
For orders under $100, shipping fee is $5.99 for orders ship to US, the shipping fee is $7.99 for orders ship to other countries, then US and shipping is free for all orders over $100. For orders using Express shipping, the shipping fee is 24$ for all countries.

We provide worldwide shipping.

3. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE BUYER TO RECEIVE THEIR ORDER?

The actual shipping time and delivery date may vary depending on the local postal service in your area. You can refer to the standard shipping time below:
– On average, orders usually ship after 1-7 business days from the date the production started.
– US orders may arrive approximately 2-4 weeks after being shipped
– International orders may arrive in your country 3-5 weeks after being shipped.

4. CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We do not accept shipments to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

5. DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

We support shipments to PO Boxes, but we cannot ship to Military APO/FPO addresses.

6. WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES?

Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not charge VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Depending on the country, the postal package may incur local customs or VAT charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s customs policies.

7. ESTIMATE SHIPPING TIME FRAME

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

*All PayPal pending need 10 days for verify and process.
*When it’s the high peak of demand for logistics, it will be slower which we can not control.

Please note:

  • The above time frame is only applied to orders to the US with standard shipping methods.
  • The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.
  • International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.
  • In order, including Canvas/ Poster: Cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. The product will be shipped separately to ensure safe delivery. Free shipping policies are not applied.
  • Pillow products: only available in US
  • When order is ready to be shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can follow your package all the way home.

8. INCORECT ADDRESS

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because:

  • If there is incorrect or missing information that we can detect on our end, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order. 
  • We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender (as all of the items would be donated right after they come back to our warehouse)

If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
